The Chapter House, again

Rahyna heard someone pull up outside and went to the door she saw Asa and smiled to herself she straightened out what she was wearing and waited for him to come to the door.

Rahyna opened the door and smiled at Asa she looked around before speaking "Prince Clarke I hope this evening finds you well please come in." she steps to the side to allow him to enter and leads the way to the parlor.

"It does thank you for asking." Rahyna picks up a glass that was sitting on the table it was one of two and offered it to him "Would you like a drink while we discuss things."

Smiling at him she waits for him to get seated and comfortable before bringing up the state of affairs in the city and all the other unpleasantness that has been going on.

Rahyna takes the drink herself and puts it to her lips the coppery taste lingering on her tongue a moment before she swallowed it "Yes Dr. Brady is here she is in the library with Shadow right now and I do believe that I heard Mr. Devlan go that way as well."

She sits back herself in one of the chairs in the room "So tell my Prince Clarke what exactly have we decided is the agenda for the city I understand that right now we are gathering information on what people believe is responsible for the attacks on the previous power structure but it has been a few days now and we have not heard word of a Primogen meeting being held or any instructions as to what we should be doing."

She didn't want to seem rude especially to Asa but these were things she had been wondering about and now seemed like a good time to voice them. After sorting through her thoughts once more she adds "I do not mean to sound rude in the least I do understand that you have not had the seat of power very long but if I am to help you through this trying time I need to know what is going on as well and so far I know absolutely nothing other than what was stated at the meeting where you were elected to be our Prince."

Rahyna gives Asa a bright smile as she finishes and takes another sip from the glass in her hand and waits for his response.

Rahyna shuddered slightly at the mention of diablerie but quickly shook it off before considering her choices for suggestions to an investigator of some sort. "To be honest no one seems to be coming to the fore front of my mind." she stands and paces the room for a moment before retaking her seat she always thought better when she walked around. "I would have to ask Shadow but I think that possibly O-Yamma which she has recently employed as her personal bodyguard and myself may be able to take a look if you have someone that can keep an eye on my back at least." she adds with a slight laugh.

Rahyna mulled over the suggestions of the prince in her head "Mrs. Moraine needs to be put on a shorter leash I do believe but she is doing well enough at the moment I have no real qualm with her as long as she learns her place." she replays the few times she had to go after her verbally but as a hole the woman was not a bad one.

"As for Mr. Culler I do not personally know him so I have no ill will towards the man if he is your choice then by all means I trust your judgment." if he is paying attention he would notice that Rahyna cringed slightly at the mention of the word Archon but quickly recovered with a smile on her face but it did not meet her eyes as it usually did.

Rahyna looks at Asa "Well if you feel he would be best then as I said I trust your judgment." she thought about the comment he had made about her being uncomfortable was she that transparent "What makes you think that Mr. Culler would make me uncomfortable I don't even know the man other than his name?" she questioned hoping this conversation would not go off track to much.

Rahyna mentally waves the comment away not wanting to deal with that particular road when there were more pressing concerns to the city than her reaction to a word "Well then it is settled Prince Clarke I will talk to Shadow and get her permission to take O-Yamma with us and you can contact Mr. Culler and we will go investigate the scenes of the attacks." she pauses for a moment "I am to understand then that we will be having a Primogen meeting soon after Harpy Brady and Primogen Devlan are done with their research?"

"Well let me call Shadow now to make sure it is ok for me to take O-Yamma from her for a while and I will find out how their progress is going." she pulls out her phone and proceeds to punch buttons to dial Shadow's number.

While she is waiting for Shadow to answer she looks at Asa "Will you be escorting us to these scenes I am not sure I know exactly where they all are." she knew where Karsh's was but was not a hundred percent on the Princes exact location so she figured it would be better to ask then look as though she knew more than she did.

Once Rahyna finishes her conversation with Sahdow she puts her phone down on one of the side tables and focuses her attention back on Asa "Prince Clarke according to Shadow the utillities division has already been cleaned it is after all a place of buisness but if you wish we will still take a look at it." she smiles at him hoping she did not have to go all over hell and highwater this evening "As for the other places I will be more than happy to look around them."

"Another child in the city well that is interesting and to be strong that is impressive maybe her and Valencia can meet at some point I think it might do her some good to have another child around even if they aren't mentally a child anymore." Rhayna gets up to walk around a bit as she waited for Arnold Culler to show up and then she realized she needed to get ahold of O-Yamma so she walked over and picked her phone back up and sent him a text.

O-Yama arrives and finds Seneschal Rahyna and Prince Asa waiting. He nods dutifully to the Seneschal, and gives the Prince a small bow.

"Good evening, Seneschal, Prince Clarke."

Rahyna smiles at O-Yama as he enters "Good evening O-Yama thank you for your quick response, we are waiting for one more person and we will be able to go and get this done with, I appreciate your help as well."

Turning to Asa she looks at him and smiles "So when will your Archon be here Prince Clarke."

Arnold arrives at the chapter house, finding his way to where the others are gathering. His attire consists of a buttoned white shirt, red suspenders, with black pants and shoes. He extends a small bow to the Prince and, turning to Rahyna, gives another small bow. His voice is deep, and smooth despite his appearance.

"Arnold Culler, madame. At your service."

Rahyna looks up at the man and smiles at him "Mr. Culler thank you for joining us on such short notice." she had not expected a person quite this big but it was nothing that she wasn't use to so her reaction was minimal at best and didn't show at all.

"If we are ready then we can go and take care of this so that we can hopefully figure out who or what is responsible for the upheaval of the city."

Rahyna bid Asa farewell "I will call you when we are done so that you can call our next meeting Prince Clarke." she gave him a smile as she said the last part and turned towards the two people in the room.

"OK Mr. Culler I am to understand that you know where we are headed so if you would like we can all get going the sooner we finish this the sooner we can hopefully know who or what we are dealing with." she looks at O-Yamma then "Do you have everything you need Mr. Hatori?"

Arnold curtly returns O-Yama's nod.

Arnold took notice of Rahyna's casual acceptance of his size and the severity of his deformity, finding it a refreshing change from the attention he got from most people.

He responds to her thanking him for arriving on short notice. "Think nothing of it and, please, call me Arnold. I'm eager to help."

He, too, bids the Prince farewell then to Rahyna: "I know where we are going. I'm ready whenever you two are."

"As soon as Mr. Hatori is ready to go you may lead the way Mr. Culler." she smiles at him again and turns to O-Yamma waiting for him to say that he is ready to go.

"Its my duty to serve lady Shadow, and therefore the city, lead the way Seneschal."
