Fountain's of the Mind (Anyone)

Noah lay back and relaxed, dipping his bare feet into the water of the lake. He put his arms behind his head, hiding them behind all of the oily black hair. He closed his eyes and hoped he wouldn't get grass stains on his jeans and his simple t-shirt.

He lay there and considered his current life. He led quite a fine life getting an okay wage teaching swimming cheaply to young children. The joy from those kids gave him all the glamour he needed. But he still felt empty, and he was beginning to hate it.
He quickly recalled all of his life before he'd found that gateway and he immediatly opened his eyes, staring up at a duck which was staring down at him.

A quick movement later and Noah had retreated to the otherside of the lake. The duck was making too much of a commotion after he;d just hit it...He sighed and wet his face with the water in the lake.
