Fresh Eyes

The morning glared through his partially closed curtains and stabbed into his delicate eyes, causing Vincent to moan and roll over in an effort to avoid the bright sunshine.
"Argh," he announces to his empty apartment, a feeling of exhaustion in his limbs with the strangest taste of something in his mouth.
And that smell, he thinks blearily. Like, wet dog. What the hell did I dream.
Then, the memory crept back as a bad dream. The squirrel, a feeling of frustration, the fat bellied moon, the wolf in pain, changing to a near-wolf and the other wolves appearing, explaining his fate as a werewolf. He had also chosen then, what was it, a pack.
Yeah, Mateo, that was it, he thought, rolling out of bed. The shattered remains of his camera lay on his coffee table, a sight that seemed to be the punctuation mark that it wasn't just some bad dream. He knew that things had changed so much yet he suddenly felt aware of so little, akin to been given a fresh pair of eyes to look from. These also happened to come with an intense sense of smell, and as he stumbled into the bathroom, Vincent saw his bathtub was lined with fur, clogging the plughole.
So, that explains the smell, he ponders as he begins to clean his own fur from the tub.

(OOC note, its not fur, but human hair. When you bleed in urhan, its human blood that comes out. Once something leaves your body, it shifts back to human.)
