Rumiko Mekara

Rumiko is the Spring Sovereign, and stands out quite easily in Sacramento; she's Japanese, you see. Well, she looks the part, anyway. She's as North American as they come, and can be as bubbly as humanly possible at times. She often wears business suits that are a mix and match of various fun styles, while still looking important enough for her Public Relations work at the Four Seasons Hotel. Of course, don't let any of that fool you...she'll still kick your butt in a sparring match.

Mein: Rumiko's mein is that of a wispy woman, her hair the color of the skies, her touch almost non-existent, like a slight breeze crossing your path. She almost seems to float across the ground, like a cloud ready to burst forth in spring showers.

Mantle: She might not have been born in Japan, but her heritage shows itself to those who see her mantle. Everywhere she goes, the wind seems to push a swirl of cherry blossoms around her.
