Felix Felice

Felix Felice is of European stock, that much is obvious from his dark eyes and skin; he certainly doesn't have to spend much time outside to appear tanned. He's not the most professional of investigators, and is often in his office wearing club clothes from the night before, smoking and hungover.

His hair is rarely little more than a mess, and he has an odd stance whenever he stands, which he really prefers not to do, what with the constant hangovers.
