The Artist's Desire Empty The Artist's Desire

Post by Lexi Sat May 02, 2009 6:47 pm

Garrett rang the doorbell of Claudia Esperonsa...one of the few adults left in Sac City that would even talk to him these days. Then again, that could have something to do with the erm..services...he provided her for money. She wasn't a starving artist, that's for sure. He showed up on this warm day just the way she likes it...no shirt, no shoes, plenty of service.

**Narration**

As Garrett approached the door he looked in the window of the front room to see Claudia sprawled out on the floor in her nightgown which was soaked in a dark substance from his vantage point he can not tell what it is. She appears to not be moving and he sees something on the floor but can't make out what exactly it is.

((This scene takes place in a very sparsely built neighborhood anyone is welcome to happen by or join the scene... but it is a crime scene.))

Garrett sighs, and hunts down the key to the front door. As he pushes it open, he calls out, "Claudia? You fall asleep or something?" and makes his way through into the front room.

Garrett gets closer to Claudia and he can see that the staining on the floor and her nightgown is a dark rusty color . The circle drawn around her has fifteen different symbols around the outside of it all done in different color. There is a slight coppery scent in the room.

Garrett shakes his head, and backs up against the wall, looking around the room. He grabs a handkerchief from his pocket and picks up the phone, his hand shaking, and dials 911 with something in the way of his hands.

Garrett frowns, and then answers, "There's a dead body here. Someone tried to kill her." He tells the address, and drops the phone, running out the backdoor and making his way as fast as he can away from that place.
