Hollins (Silver Ladder)

Hollins is a tall thin man, with broad shoulders. He's dressed all in black in a well kept old fashioned suit and wide brimmed black cowboy hat with snakeskin boots. At his neck his a fanged snake-skull bolo tie with emeralds set in the eye sockets. On his face are a set of round spectacles. His sideburns are trimmed neatly and he's got a long beard and mustache.

Oftentimes he is seen in public handling snakes of various sizes and breeds. A slender serpent coiled around his wrist, a constrictor sitting complacently on his shoulders. The snakes are completely under his control, of course, and are his loyal pets.

He slithers into and around situations, much like the animal with whom he seems to associate most, and his voice is oily and slick. His words are hissed out with a distinct southern drawl.
