WE ARE MOVING !!! (in a couple of weeks, don't panic)

Yes, you read that right... we're moving.

Why?

Faster, better forums with no ads. Improved Unread Post tracking. Nifty new programmatic options since we'll have full access to the files. BACKUPS. Never again will we get munched like ForumArena did us.

When?

At the end of the month. July 1st will be The Day we go live on the new forums.

Where?

Right here: http://www.twilightvalley.org/forum/

So what's this mean?

It means that sometime before the 1st, you should register there, and take a look around. Cool integrated chat. Same features you love, plus awesome new ones. Get familiar, kick the tires.

...then...

Copy over what you want/need. Stuff like Character Descriptions, Locations associated with your character, Mood/Memory posts you want to be able to look back at quickly. Use the photo album feature. Have fun.

So what happens to the old forums?

They'll still be here, for reference purposes. There's even a handly link to them on the new forums... but no more posting, just as an archive.

Feel free to ask questions, we've got two leisurely weeks to make the move, and the STs have already done most of their stuff

okay so basically we only have to register with the new site and we're good to go? nothing else gets changed does it? (Other than the obvious )
