Niles Plotski

Why Niles has been chosen to go to Sacramento is a mystery to many mages. It is also the cause of much worried speculation. In the tri-county area, few Guardians are as feared as Niles, even some members of the Consillium do not hold a candle to this mans fearsome reputation. It is said that he is the Hand That Comes From the Shadows, chief Assassin of the Guardians of the Veils. Any who know anything of the Guardians scoff at the idea, but they do not laugh at Niles. It is said he served as the Interfector in San Diego for one year before the duty was stripped from him because he "enjoyed" it too much. Whether there is truth to this or not is immaterial. The fact remains that the Guardians have dispatched a known killer into Sacramento with the Epopt Mistress Vex. The reasons are known to Niles alone, and are not up for discussion. Often seen as the "Above the Law" Guardian, he is suspected of torturing mages, and acting outside of Consillium blessing on several occasions. The only ties that have come back to him though have been where the consillium has authorized deadly measures, making him untouchable until someone can prove his suspected attrocities. He is feared by almost all Guardians, and the Arrows have been trying to pin something on him for the better part of a decade.
