As to the one of the real reasons behind Twist and Kalos (ie: delta's) sudden departure from Sacramento:

Partial Reason

I am part of the Florida Tech Group. This is my baby that I have been working on for two and a half years now. We find out on Friday who is a finalist. If we are, we then get two weeks to put together a presentation and fly to Houston to try and win the first place prize. This will be the second competition we have entered -we tied for 1st on the first one, but the company was unable to financially carry through on the launch. Wish us luck!

Absolutely. I work at U of Houston, its only about a 10 minute drive for me. Several of the profs here also work at Rice.
