Super amazing writing!
dean wrote:With a jerky twist, Anton's attention snaps from the gallery of human offal congregating across the street onto Harry Walsh. The Haunt's Beast crackles like kindling under an atrophied heart, stoking a desire to cast down and defile. He ignores it, recognising the man, offering him a smiling nod. He speaks with a haggard yet oily voice.
"Brother Walsh, was it? Evening, there. Tonights happenings? Seemed a peacocks pageant, to this sinner before you. That was at first. Seemed, by the meat of the affair, that I'd blown on in during uncertain times, what with that reshuffle. The punchline? Well, ain't immolation just a 'blink and miss' brand of theatrics?"
Anton loosens his tie with an arm of tapestry flesh. His eyes are on Harry, glinting with hunger.
"How about you, Brother? What'd you make of it?"
Dean you ROCK my world! "crackles like kindling under an atrophied heart, stroking a desire to cast down and defile?
HOLY CRAP THATS GOOD!

Re: Super amazing writing!
OK, let's read that again but let's have Tim Curry do the voice for Anton.
Alright... action!
(It sounds perfect in my head, Oh so creepy!)

Re: Super amazing writing!
I just read that thread and was about to post the same thing, it is really good and I love to see Nos interact friendly like. In an old game when i met my primogen, the only Nos in the city we sat awkwardly at the table staring at one another only saying, "My names Smith," then "My name is Ash" then there was several post of monologing inner thoughts and satring, then someone in the OOC channel (This was on mIRC) said "Behold the Great and chatty words of the Nosferatu!"

In response to this thread all I'll say is that I voted for dean as well for Player of the Month.

Re: Super amazing writing!
Dean was SO close! My wager is on him or tsameti for next month, or maybe a tie again! That was fun.

Re: Super amazing writing!
tsameti has a great Mood piece on the old board, "I Have Seen the Sun King". I will honestly be surprised if a non-Requiem player wins PotM, though.

Re: Super amazing writing!
Oh... that's sad West. Maybe you guys should do it so it's by splat? (it that what you call it?) By game... ?? That's not fair that people miss out just because Requiem has so many people...

Re: Super amazing writing!
No that's not true. It's my fault for holding off on making a Requiem character.
Ha, I'm getting uncomfortable getting my name thrown around... C'mon guys, I've got a whole month to disappoint you all and lose the title! Besides, I know Christi's hungry to get the lime back, and Dean's a force to be reckoned with.
Talk about something else! I implore you!
