Grindhouse Arrivals (ATTN: Dr. Asaan, Seraphina, Ishani, Eva, Anton)

As the two cars pull in they both see the Marquee has already had the notion of being closed on the 28th marked on it. The parking lot seems very full even for a week night.

Seraphina smiles at Akasha and exits the car wondering to herself if they were going to see a movie before seeing the Harpy but she kept her mouth shut for the moment and quietly followed behind him.

As the two groups enter the theater they see the ticket taker is dressed as a zombie and looks at them and slowly slurs out

Ticcccccketssssssssssssssssssss Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease

Anton stares at the ticket taker, underwhelmed. Ignoring the zombie, his gaze falls on the other group of Kindred as a little bit of the Beast churns within him. Now that Anton expected to meet other Damned, it seemed more manageable. Especially having sown its oats the other night. The Haunt rustles something papery in his pocket which certainly isn't a ticket.

The kid looks at him and sighs

Its Zombie night sir

He then picks up the mic on his shoulder

Mr. Karsh you have visitor's down here.



A whispered voice comes over the mic

Ok be right down.

Eva follows Ishani, taking in the scenery and following her to the side, standing rather close.

Feeling impatient, Anton wanders over to the side wordlessly. He drums his fingers and watches how the wallflower wilts. He can't decide whether it's a facade, a misguided attempt to cultivate a little mystique, or, Heaven forfend, that she was the genuine article; a precious whelp, all self-conscious self-pity, unworthy of Damnation's Purpose.

Eva follows the sherriff, fascinated by this Karsh person.

Anton sinks into a chair, watching Karsh as he awaits the Sheriff's introduction.

Eva looks momentarily scandalized, having not been out hunting at all, just trying to find an art gallery.

Seraphina sat quietly in one of the offered chairs and listened to all that was said ... hmmm the Seneshal is gone well that is interesting how was someone new suppose to feed if they could not get acknowledged well maybe their prince was more visual than others she had seen or not seen rather. her thoughts swirled as she observed all that was going on and waited until she could find a place to interject or was asked something.

Anton lazily inspects what nails he has left, grinning dutifully through the gripping account of the Seneschal with more than one name. Now that he thought about it, Anton didn't think he'd met anybody worth knowing with just one name. He decides he's scrutinised the office he sits in for long enough and begins to let his eyes wander all over the people occupying it with him. He starts with the Indian looking man delaying his acknowledgement.

The Haunt emits a dry ragged chuckle, in spite of the inconvenience laid at his feet by this unexpected and cruel twist of bureaucracy.

"Fed last night. Got my fill too. But I've a powerful thirst on me. Should be able to keep it reigned an' chained, but if need be, I'll roam on out of this domain and lay my head beyond it. Keep me fed 'till you find yourselves another 'Twist'."

I can last. Eva says, still beside Ishani.

Seraphina thinks back to the last time she fed and realizes it has been awhile at least a day or two before she reached this town. Straightening just a bit in her chair she looks at Karsh and says "I believe I can last another day or two even though it has been awhile since I last fed... if it becomes more than I can bare I will find sustenance outside the limits of the city."

Seraphina looks at Akasha and simply states "I have met him and he sent me to see Twist but I just hadn't been able to get ahold of her and now I see why."

Thank you Sheriff Ishani. Eva comments, rising to follow her out.

Anton stares back placidly, reminded of the tedious authoritarian showboating so prevelant in citys.

"You're understood, Cousin. And laughter? It's had at my expense. And it's my own to laugh at. I don't derive a whole lot of mirth from your Seneschal's absence. But a Requiem outside this gilded cage is spent on it's belly. It's a feast of scraps, where our works are toil-in-vain. Yes yes, to find myself turned away by circumstance, after finally deciding to rejoin this civilisation? Well that's straight hubris. That's what I find so funny, cousin."

He turns to the Sheriff.

"I'll likely be leaving, Sheriff. 'Till this Saturday at least."

Anton decides not to reply to the nameless man, sparing not even a glance in his direction. That comment was for this Priscus Karsh, anyway, that much was clear. Still seated, he looks to the Sheriff.

"I'll be just fine, Sheriff. The offer's appreciated though. I'm in the wind, as it were. I can be out of your city within the hour"

{The Bikers show up}

The Kidd looks at the three of them and shrugs then reaches up and keys his Mic

Boss you got more people down here....



Karsh listens to the exchange and watches the Sheriff nad her recent charge leaves then gets the call on the radio...'Popular tonight, well guess that happens when the Seneschal splits....' He picks up the radio and whispers into it.

Be right down......

He then looks to his guests

If you all will excuse me for a moment

He walks down to the lobby and looks for those that rile his beast....and that don't take very long looking upon the crew standing thier....oh these guys would be fun....His voice hissed out in a whisper

Gentlemen you wanted to talk to the manager?

Upon walking in, the younger Bruja had being positively astonished, his bright emerald eyes staring dumbfounded at the decorations, as the kid he never trully grew out of being, a smile on his lips as he noticed the boy disguised as a Zombie, soft laughter accompanying his reactions at the teen, which probably didn't found it funny at all.

Once Johann saw Karsh however, he couldn't help but wonder slightly, yet another Kindred who didn't caused his Beast to roar in fury, would it be a Haunt? Or just a particularly spooky Shadow?

It mattered little tho, his place was so awesome...

"Johann Wulfhramm, we came here hoping to get aknowledged" The Bruja informed without too much concern, offering his arm for a handshake, his voice slightly lower then usual, but not particularly whispery, it wasn't like any kine around would get the word anyways.

"Sorry about that..." Johann apologised quickly, he didn't knew they would be so uptight about such things, he better play by the rules then, he wasn't specially good with subtle, but he could learn, after all how hard could it be?

Walking into the room tho, he could't help feel the presence of the other Beasts still remaining in the room, making his growl and show its fangs in against the bars of its cage, the dreadful black wolf in the abyss within comming out hungry and devilish, knowing this was not the place, but taking special attention to all the creatures smaller then itself...

The man however, remained strong and calm, at least on the outside...

A smile on his lips as wolven eyes scanned those around him from behind the long bangs of hair that almost seemed to try and hide them, the wild mane falling over his broad shoulders and down his back, black shirt covering his firm torso and a biker's jacked shielding most of his arms.

"Glad to meet you all...
I'm Johann Wulfhramm" He presented himself, not worrying too much someone would lose control, considering where they were, besides, it would be good meet new faces after reconecting to so many old ones.

Reed scowled a bit as Karsh led them into the private room. He listened to Johann give his greeting to the group before supplying is own afterward. It was a bit awkward since he wonder what he had to do to get acknowledged.

"Now, that we're away from public ears - as my friend has said - that we're seeking to be acknowledged within the city and assumption that Madam Twist has taken a leave of absence unexpectedly - where does that leave us?"
