Candelaria "Navaja" Garcia

Mask: Candelaria is a short (about 5' even), plain, 20-something Hispanic woman of average weight. She has long black hair and skin toward the pale side for a latina. There's a tough look about her, even though she covers her Nortenos gang tattoos with long sleeved shirts. Since her return she's taken to wearing long black skirts and gaudy skull jewelry. She feels if she's going to make herself into a bruja (witch) she'd better look the part.

Mien: She's just as short, which is odd for a darkling, though slightly skinnier. Her skin is almost white and there's no hiding the Arcadian gang tattoos her durance left on her, the black symbols and patterns run down the left side of her face, and cover her torso and both arms. Her hands are slender and her fingernails aren't long, but seem to be made of some kind of silver metal.

Mantle: Shadows of fall leaves seem to swirl around her shadow.
