Artist...

Eva goes home from the Mekhet meeting, the intense sadness of the world nearly dragging her to the floor. She stumbles in the door, dragging herself to a canvas, knowing that the only way to rid her mind of the nightmares that will torture her in her daysleep is to paint them, to paint them in every iotic detail so that every little piece of them is gone from her. It hurts her to paint them, terrifies her really, the canvas bearing down on her, hollow eyes staring into her soul, pain making her want to slash into every canvas on the walls...But if she kills their canvas, they will come back to her dreams, come back to chase her down and hunt her and slash at her, when she cant wake up, the torment nearly 12 hours long as she waits for the sun to go down. The nightmares have been worse lately, painfully worse, she hasn't been painting, too excited about the thought of an artshow, silly girl, not letting her art rule her and own her.

She paints and paints, visualizing the horrors of the night and finding this inside of her, hoping it is enough to keep the monsters at bay. The shadows, the intangibles, the horrible things that wont let her be...
