The Chapter House + Revelation (ATTN: Lots)

Elle leads Konstantin to the Chapter House, her hip swinging walk getting them there in short order.

"Rahyna is the Seneschal, and the Daeva Priscus, so, " she shrugs, "oh hell I'm sure you know how to mind your manners, I dont know why I even bother telling people," she grins, and walks up on the porch to knock.

"No, no, is good," Konstantin assures the Hound. "I have been on the road for so many years, I worry my manners might be, how they say... somewhat rusty. So reminder is good thing. But I will be on my best behavior and show the Seneschal the respect due one of such post."

Elle sighs and knocks again, a bit harder this time, wondering where Rahyna is and figuring she is still stuck investigating.

She looks over at Konstantin, "sorry about this, she's out and about and was going to meet us, but I figured at least someone would be home," she says to him.

Rahyna and O-Yama come up to the chapter house and see a small group by the front door she walks up putting her smile in place as she gets closer "Good evening all is there something I can..." she notices the Prince and then Elle but does not know the other person present "Oh Prince Clarke, Hound Elle, Sir it is good to see you all please come in." she steps around them and opens the door leaving O-Yamma to bring up the rear of the group.

"Just brought this newcomer to our city Prince Asa," she bows low and doesnt meet his gaze, finding it a bit painful when she wants him so badly.

"Mr. Konstantin, I am honored to introduce our Prince to you, it is a lucky night, you are meeting all of the most important people hm?" she says.

At the first notice of the man, and of his strong blood, Konstantin stiffens a bit, but maintains his calm. When the Hound introduces him as the Prince, his eyes widen and he immediately bows his head in respect.

"Your Majesty," he says, in his thick Russian accent. "It is an honor to be in your presence." He keeps his head bowed.

O-Yama follows behind the group, as always keeping a wary eye for anything that might go wrong.

"Prince Asa, Hound Elle, it is a pleasure to see you both this night."

In reply to the Prince, Konstantin bows, still keeping his head bowed, and says "I thank you, Your Majesty."

As he hears the Prince's orders to the Hound, he turns to look at her, hoping he will be offered an opportunity to prove himself in this new city.

Elle nods.

"I believe I explained most of the rules, but I should go get Ace and bring him here for Prince Asa, if you would like to come you are welcome to, but I would like to go now, and get this over with for the Prince." she replies, looking at Konstantin, giving him the opportunity to look good in front of his new Prince.

She looks at Ishani and casts her a nod of greeting.

Konstantin nods his head vigorously. "I am honored to have a chance to serve the Prince, Hound Elle. I thank you for this opportunity."

Konstantin then nods in acknowledgement of the Sheriff. "It is honor to meet you, Sheriff." While he is at it, he nods to all the others present, though he's not been introduced to them yet.

Arnold arrives with Bella. He wonders what's gone on to precipitate such a gathering as this under these circumstances.

Elle looks at Asa, making sure she doesn't fuck up is paramount at the moment.

"Do you know where his Haven is?" she asks.

Elle bites her tongue and turns, gesturing for Konstantin to follow her.

She calls a cab to take them to where her truck is parked a half block from her Haven, she calls several people on the way.

Arnold walks over to Elle, putting a hand up in greeting. "I don't believe we've met. I'm Arnold Culler. We can learn more about each other on the way to Ace's haven. I happen to have received directions to that location earlier tonight." He grins, an ugly thing to behold, and goes with the Hound.

O-Yama visibly relaxes at Shadows reply.

"I helped as best I could milady, but there was nearly nothing to be found."

After the Prince and other notables have gone inside, but before the cab arrives, Konstantin asks the Hound, "Hound Elle, do you expect fight, and if so, do you have spare weapons? If not, is okay. I have knife, I have hands, will do fine. But if so, and would not draw too much notice, spear is very good. Or axe." He opens his heavy coat and reaches into one of the inside pockets. "Or if there is sturdy length of wood, I can make spear very quickly." He takes from his pocket a couple of steel spear heads. "On road, I find spears draw too much attention, but I keep heads around just in case." He shrugs. "Is good to be prepared."

After Arnold introduces himself, Konstantin does the same, saying simply. "I am Konstantin."

Rahyna gives Asa a nod "If everyone one that you would like present will follow me we can use the library it should be big enough and have the proper seating." she turns and walks down the hall only slightly turning her head to give Shadow a questioning look completely confused as to why there is such urgency to Asa this evening.

Mrs. Scotts joins up, and is not herself. She seems to stick to the shadows, and has firmly planted herself behind and to the left of the Prince.

"Mr. Culler found a small electronic device while we were searching room 302 hotel, he is making his way to Ace as we speak with the intention of finding out if anything on it could be of use. As for how to take on this foe, you already know, your Majesty, that my blade is yours to command. I have a few others whom I have plans to establish a Coterie with who can act as a militia of sorts should you have need of it."

O-Yama says bowing to Prince Clarke curtly before and after he speaks.

Mrs. Scotts pipes up: "With great apologies to Priscus Brady, I must cite evidence against this. He attacked and drank from a group of non-Kindred in Edna's Boardinghouse. He also did not drink from Seraphina." Mrs. Scotts tactfully leaves out the information on the Prince's House member; he will announce it if he wants to.
"I don't know why he did not. Though one thing bothers me. Why did he come to be acknowledged? Why bother with that formality? He has demonstrated his ability to act with impunity, why show his face and become acknowledged?"

Rahyna looks at Ishani and thinks back to the item that Arnold had found "It seemed to be a piece of plastic attached to a cord of some sort looked like something electronic." then she sits back and listens to the rest of the people in the room she was going to have to have a talk with Jayant about putting the prince in harms way or even mentioning it.

Mrs. Scotts barely controls herself, struggling to prevent herself from running out in fear. After a moment, she stabilized herself on the merry-go-round, and looked defenerntially towards the Priscus.
"Indeed I do understand Priscus Brady; our gift canbe most dangerous. It has been an honor to serve as your Whip." Mrs. Scotts replies cooly, giving a bow. "And as for sharing the information, the Prince has been kept abreast of the situation; and the investigation had only been made recently, explaining why you had not been told."

She turns to the Sheriff, "They were not Kindred. Yet still he fed from them. I do not pretend to understand it."

Mrs. Scotts considers this setback before replying; keeping her voice measured.
"I hold no such titles that you have described. I felt the information necessary to go directly to the Prince. I was apparently in error in this judgment. I would recuse myself further of any titles, but I have none to give."

After a silent ride back where Elle confiscates Ace's phone and stuffs it in her pocket with the piece of paper their group arrives back at the chapter house and heads up the porch.

Ace, feeling like a complete and utter moron, just hangs his head, then cracks his neck, not going to walk in like he has already been beaten.
