Every Covenant head, Every Clan head receive a knock on thier door, or a ghoul comes to announce the arrival of an unexpected guest. When received standing thier is the Prince's Harpy with a hand drafted letter penned and signed by the Prince.

On the Night of March 28th 2009, thier will be a meeting of the city. This is to be attended by all, if they are not thier the Sheriff her deputies, the Hound and his help will be unleashed to deal with them. This is not up for debate.
