Viktor had been watching the rather large group of Arrows casually from a distance, almost amused as they meandered around the park, casting spells and wielding guns. It wasn't until one of them yelled, though, that he looked a little worried; whether it was for their safety, or for the safety of mages in general...that was a question for the ages.

What he did do was start making his way over, to find out exactly what was going on and why they were carrying guns in such a public place.
