Character Haikus - Write About Someone!

Perhaps this thread will die miserably, but I LOVE to write little funny Haiku about everything, uhm.... especially when my insomnia sets in... I'm convinced that because they've done it in Asia for a gillion years it will make ME last a gillion years of smart! If you dont know how to write a haiku, its 5 syllables, then 7 then 5. But, sometimes ridiculous little things make profound statements!

My fave is Antoinettes... I have some choice ones for NIIIiiiiiiiicolo but I want to see if anyone else does too... Did I cross the nerd line with a haiku post?

Looks good. I would add something, unfortunetly I lack the skills of assembling a Haiku...Oh well.

Nice, I like them all. My poetry skills are bad and when my insomnia sets in they grow even worse so I'll leave the Haiku's to others.

Actually not completely... haikus, being only ruled by their number of silables, don't really need to make THAT much sense

Actually, that is and is not true, Ghash. It's commonly expected for them to contain a seasonal/transitional element and a contrasting element. Simply counting syllables does not a good haiku make.

Well yeah, but theme isn't the same as making sense xD

Actually, Twilight has a theme, but does not make much sense...

Then again, I do agree they should not be just a bunch of random words, but that's part of the point of them being 'poetry'
